Over the past 6 years my husband and I have purchased several trucks for our business from NTX Trucks, and now in a new season of change and growth, we are selling trucks through them. Jake has always gone above and beyond to make sure that the trucks purchased have been exactly what we needed, and every single one has been an above positive experience and always at a fair price. I would not recommend another salesman above Jake at any other dealership. He has never pressured us in any way, as many vehicle salesmen do, just for the sake of making a sale. He truly strives to employ the spirit of making sure the customer is happy with their purchase. If you're looking for reliable service and a good truck, go see Jake at NTX Trucks in Denton!

I would give 4.5 stars if I could.I found a 2021 GMC Sierra on CarGurus that appeared to have a really good Carfax for a really good price. I drove to NTX trucks immediately to check out the truck on Friday. Les handed me the truck keys and said take it for a spin. I was really surprised because dealers usually ride with you which never really gives you a chance to learn the car and really want it. The drive definitely made me want to take the truck.When I got back from the test drive, I tried to negotiate with Les in which he let me know that they are a "no haggle" dealership. Of course I tried again but it seemed like he was pretty serious plus the truck was actually pretty fairly priced, if not a pretty good deal. I proceeded to want to take the truck home that day. Les actually suggested a pre-purchase inspection for the truck just to make sure I had peace of mind.I agreed, so he actually held the truck for me over the weekend until Monday to come back in and take the truck myself to a nearby mechanic and get it checked out before I purchased it. The pre-purchase inspection came out good so I drove back to take the truck. The paperwork was really easy and all I paid for in addition to the price of the truck was taxes and a small doc fee. (Title and registration). Les even threw in two new tires on the back and all weather mats.Negatives:There is two reasons why this is a 4.5 star review and not a 5.I was not a fan of the keysmith he used in order to give me a second key for the truck. I had to go and drive an hour twice over the next two weeks to have them program the key to the truck in which it did not work. They actually reset the system and somehow did something to deactivate the automated cruise control. I had to take it to a mechanic to reset the computer with an OBD2 scanner which I think the key smith could've done easily with their scanner. Les understood my frustration so he actually just sent me $200 back instead of the second key which is fair to me.The last one isn't really even his fault, the state took over a month to send me the title which was received today. I wonder if there's a more streamlined way of getting these handled quicker.Conclusion:If my experience with Les and his son is the same in the future, they will be earning my business on future trucks.

I purchased 2-3 commercial vehicles per year. NTX Trucks is the only commercial vehicle dealer I trust to find me the best vehicles for my business at a fair price. Jake is so easy to work with and the buying process couldn't be more streamlined or efficient. Highly recommend!
